My name is Stacey Baker. I graduated from WCCC Veterinary Technician Program in 2002, where I obtained an associate’s degree of applied science. I have worked at Lincoln Park Veterinary Hospital since 2001. I live in the Downriver area with my husband, two sons, and our dog, Dugan. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy spending time up north and fishing.
My name is Kelley Frost and I am a full time LVT. I graduated from the veterinary technician program in 2012. I began my employment here during my last semester of school. My favorite hobbies are playing softball, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. I am a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers baseball team and love to go watch them play. I have a soft spot for pitbulls and boxers. I have two dogs: Bailey, a pitbull, and Maui, a pitbull mix.
Shelly Meussner graduated in 1981 from Wayne County Community College as a licensed veterinary technician. She has been employed at the Lincoln Park Veterinary Hospital since 1980 and still enjoys her job - not many can say that! She lives with her husband of 30 years, Jeff, and her three children, dog (Jodie), and cat (Corona). When not working, she loves gardening, traveling, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
I live in Royal Oak. I have two dogs and two cats. I found a love for animals at an early age and have been working in the veterinary field since 2008. I became a licensed technician in 2012, and I love every second of it.
My name is Julia Catalano. I am a graduate of Wayne County Community College and a licensed veterinary technician. I graduated 20 years ago and have been working at Lincoln Park for 27 of those years. I enjoy working with animals immensely, especially those mixed breeds. My favorite position is laboratory technician. When I am not at work, I am at home with my husband, two children, dog, and two cats. I love camping, vacations, bowling, and Tigers baseball.
Amy St.Onge graduated from WCCC in 2010 and has been a full time licensed veterinary technician since. She also works with our Affiliated Veterinary Emergency Hospital. She enjoys working with an animal rescue group that helps animals that otherwise would be overlooked. Amy is married and has one black lab named Monster. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and finding ways to enrich the lives of the animals around her.
Nicole has worked as a licensed veterinary technician at Lincoln Park Veterinary Hospital since 2008 and graduated from Wayne County Community College with a degree in veterinary technology. She also holds two bachelors of since in psychology and nursing from Wayne State University and completed a marine mammal internship at John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Nicole has an extreme love for both animals and people, and works part time as a veterinary technician and full time as a registered nurse. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two rescued shi-tzus, Poncho and Archie.
I attended Michigan State University for three years, and Wayne Country Community College for two years where I obtained my associates degree in veterinary technology in 1998. However, I have worked in the veterinary field for 21 years, 16 of which have been with Lincoln Park Veterinary Hospital. Over the years, I have taken a great interest in veterinary dentistry, surgery, and our computer program here. In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and my crazy Labrador (Labradork) retriever. Recently, along with my daughter, I have started to learn to ride horses.
My name is Dawn Morton. I graduated from Wayne County Community College veterinary technology program in 2012. I also have an associate’s degree in business from Henry Ford Community College in 2009. I was hired in June of 2013. My interests in the veterinary field are anesthesia and client education. I spend most of my time with my husband, my dog (Foxy), and our newest edition (thanks to LPVH) Uggs aka Kitten, our 11 month old kitten.
